Welcome to Ölands Folk High School

Öland Folk High School is situated about five kilometres south-east of Färjestaden. It's a half hour's bus ride to Kalmar. The school is run by Kalmar County Council. At Öland Folk High School there are about 200 students in the long courses.

Approximately 10.000 individuals participate in a wide range of short courses, study circles and different cultural events carried out during a whole year. The school is a boarding school and has accomodation for about 100 persons. The rest of the students in the long courses either commute or live in the vicinity.
